Loading animation for the website of Klavier, a startup doing automated insurance claims. It was lovely working with visual branding by @Róbert Einars 🙏 I will post another shot soon of the full page design along with the scroll motion. – – – Press L to show us some love! Gengi.is – v2 refresh
—
This is a design refresh for Gengi.is, the superlight web app currency converter for the Icelandic Króna. Among the biggest changes are a custom keyboard (more suitable for the input of monetary values), home page customization, offline usage, and more. Gengi.is also has a better implementation of one of our favorite features which is the conversion through URL-input, such as: http://gengi.is/...

Menu and Scrolling Details
—
Here's some interaction and motion design for the upcoming Íslandsbanki website. One of the distinct details in the new branding of the bank is the grid and how it's used for logo and label placements (the buttons in the case of the interactive stuff). This detail is somewhat of a signature visual and we felt it was important to keep it where we could in the interactive stuff. This meant we h...
Íslandsbanki – Mobile Front and Menu
—
We’re in the process of redesigning the website of one of Iceland’s largest banks along with some of their other digital products. This is the front page and menu of the new website as it appears on mobile. With many progressive ideas bouncing around, the project is as challenging as it is fun. It’s also a joy working with their new visual identity which was done by branding agency Brandenburg...

Vizido Teaser Landing Page

This is a simple teaser page with a signup for when Vizido launches. Later on we'll put up a proper website with details on what the app does – and how it does it.
Upcoming app design
—
We at Kolibri are making an app that we're very excited about. I can't disclose a lot about the concept or the features quite yet but I can show off some of the UI. One of the nicer UI patterns we're implementing is a strikethrough to mark something done. Swiping an item will strike through it and fling it to the 'Done space' at the same time. Remember to show some love by pressing 'L' on you...
Form5 Website - Blog
—
Working on the website for an interactive studio I'm co-founding. Going for minimal, crisp, and clean. Remember to check out the full pixel attachment - and 'L' is just a key press away if you like.
Form5 Website - Mobile Blog

More of the upcoming Form5 website. Responsive, of course, and so here is the mobile version of the blog.
Já Redesign
—
I've been working on a complete redesign of Já, an Icelandic yellow pages website, which has launched in a beta version at http://beta.ja.is/. For comparison, the older version is still at http://www.ja.is/. Among the things I focused on was designing a bold web identity and a very intuitive search input with detailed auto suggest (phone number included so often you don't even need to visit a ...
Já Redesign (Mobile Version)
—
Here's the mobile version of the Já. Being a responsive website you get the same content as in the version for larger screens (seen here: http://drbl.in/gKHl) but the focus has changed a bit. One example is how each cell in the results becomes a call button with the option to see further information on the right. Be sure to check out the full pixel attachments.
Evernote iOS Concept
—
Just for kicks, I decided to jump on the floaty-app-redesign-bandwagon. The victim is Evernote's iOS app which I think is pretty good (and I use frequently) but missing a wow-factor (and Evernote's green color). Right now, this is all I have and hopefully I'll find the time to work on a full pixel shot. All elements and icons made from scratch except the Elephant logo.
